Questions about membership

1.      Is there any age restrictions for membership application of this Club (“membership”)?

ANS:     No, applicants can be of any age.

 

2.      I’m a Teller ET and a mother, my young children are little ET too, can I apply membership for them on their behalf?

Ans:      Yes. Each member of this Club (“member”) will be entitled to one membership, membership fee for adults and children are the same.

 

3.      If I’m not a member, can I make online purchases or pre-order items from this Club?

ANS:     Unfortunately, the public store is currently unavailable. Pre-order items are exclusive for members only.

 

4.      If this Club will provide services such as preordering of tickets for concerts, birthday gatherings, fan meetings, mini concert plus signing activities etc in the future, are these services only made available for members?

ANS:     Yes. These services will only be available for our members.

 

5.      If I’m a member, is it certain that I can participate in future birthday gatherings, fans meetings, mini concert plus signing activities etc that are organized by this Club?

ANS:     No. If the number of applicants exceeds the number of available openings for an activity, the Club will draw lots from the pool of applicants for the activity. Each member will only count as one applicant, which will be validated with member's name and HKID number.

 

6.      Regarding the fees charged by the Club, the receipt of funds through selling items, and the funds collected from members for supporting Teller, how will these funds be used by the Club?

ANS:     Most funds after deducting operating and production costs and expenses will be used for the promotion & advertisement of Teller, while the remaining small portion will be donated to charities, so to follow Teller’s IG and Threads to spread our love to others in need.

 

7.      What if I don't have a credit card? Can TLFC provide other payment methods?

ANS:     FC only accepts credit card payment. If you don't have a credit card, please ask someone you trust to pay for it.

 

8.      When will the membership gift be sent?

ANS:     Welcome gift will be shipped two months after the deadline of membership applications and to be sent by SF Express. Face-to-face delivery are not available. TLFC shall remind members on social media (IG/TG/Members channel).

 

9.      What if I find that my information is wrong or typo?

ANS:     Please go to contact us on the website and report the issue.

 

10. Can I fill in fake information?

ANS:     If you participate in the activities of our fan club, we will cross-check the registration info with your personal membership card. We will not be responsible for any missed opportunities due to the inconsistency between the information and reality.

 

11. Any things to pay attention to after receiving the goods?

ANS:     For all shipped goods, please take a video of before and after unpacking the goods to proof the quantity is correct. Missing product/goods will be resent after we receive such proof.

 

12. What to do if I lose the membership card

Please note that HKD$200 shall be charged if the membership card is lost, the membership card number remains unchanged and production lead time shall be 30 days.
